For my Drift 2 Strategy, I am going to set two different alarms on my phone. one for five(5) minutes and the other for eight(8). both alarms set to a different tone. That way, when ever the 5 alarm goes off, i know to take a left and when the 8 alarm goes off i am going to take a right. When the two happen to go off at the same time, I am just simply going to cross the street and start going the opposite direction. If by chance i can't make a left or a right turn when the alarm goes off, i am going to pause what i am doing and take a multi-shot 360 degree panoramic picture of my current location. This strategy is more-so geared towards my collection of visual elements for my final drift 2. For collecting sound, if i cannot make a turn either direction i will reset and turn the spot where i can't turn into my new starting point where i will get a base sound to catalog where i was and than i will switch which direction i turn for ever alarm. So if i originally turned left for every 5 minute alarm, i will now take a right and vice versa for the 8 minute alarm.
For my starting point in visual media, I typed in Milwaukee Third Ward into google maps and it points to a parking lot on the 600 block of Menomanee St. that is where i will start.
For my starting point in audio media, I am going to do that in my hometown of Waukesha, where i can get slightly more rural sounds with still a slight metropolis feel. I typed in Waukesha into google maps and the point lands at the 5-way intersection of North St, Madison St and Delefield St. That is where I will start.
